At TLC Whole Health Center all our sessions are confidential except where prohibited by the law. Our Center is a center for all men, women, children regardless or their sexual orientation, race, culture or religious affiliation.

• We accept most insurance plans, but clients are ultimately responsible for their bills.

• We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

• Victims of crime program with authorization are accepted.

• Sliding scale fees are available upon proof of income.

• RSVP is required for all groups, workshops and all deposits are nonrefundable.

• All returned checks incur a $30 return fee.

• There is a 5% discount on all workshops paid in full ten (10) days prior to an event.

• 48 hours cancellation notice is required for individual, couple, family and group sessions and (3) days for all the workshops, otherwise the individual will be charged.

• We provide bilingual counseling in Farsi (Persian/Iranian) and Spanish.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
