TLC Whole Health Center, originally TLC Wellness Center, was created in 1993 by Sydelle Tabrizy, M.S.,M.F.C.C. and Siavash Tabrizy, Ph.D. who, in 1989, had already founded and directed a men's counseling center together.

In 2010 they launched TLC Whole Health Center  to provide expanded treatment and counseling services for the entire family, men, women and children. TLC'sapproach is Counseling, Consciousness, Compassion, Recovery, Healing and Transformation.
